 Sergio Iavicoli Main position/role: Director of the Directorate-General for Communication and European, International Relations of the Ministry of Health, Italy Dr Iavicoli got his medical degree in Occupational Medicine at the University of Rome “Sapienza”. He completed his PhD at University of Cagliari. Currently he is Director of the Directorate-General for Communication and European and International Relations of the Ministry of Health. Previously served as Director of the Research Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Epidemiology and Hygiene of the Italian Workers’ Compensation Authority (INAIL) and as Secretary General of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH). He served as Member of national/international Committees including the Advisory Committee of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centers in Occupational Health. |
